Description
As a Strategy Consultant at our company, your role involves partnering with client and project teams to deliver impactful results on global engagements in India. You will be responsible for conducting primary and secondary research, developing insights, analyzing large data sets, and identifying how our solutions can address client pain points. Additionally, you will play a key role in capturing current processes, identifying value-driving opportunities, preparing work plans, designing future processes, working directly with client teams, and facilitating meetings to enable decision-making. Your participation in organizing and preparing recommendations on client issues and contributing to new business development, thought leadership, and firm building activities is crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct analyses, develop insights, and create financial models to address client business challenges and opportunities - Analyze large sets of data and work directly with project teams to support analysis and client conversations - Facilitate meetings to enable decision-making and organize recommendations to solve client problems - Participate actively in new business development, thought leadership, and firm building activities - Add value throughout the project life cycle, from problem structuring to analysis phases - Understand client capabilities, assess organization structure, conduct value chain diagnostics, and design future state structures - Incorporate innovative solutions and emerging technologies, and enable change management for seamless integration and adoption of new processes Qualifications: - MBA / PGDM from a premier/ tier 1 B-School - Post MBA relevant experience in strategy consulting with expertise in large scale transformations, business strategy, and enterprise-level growth - Exposure to a multinational environment will be an added bonus Competency Overview: Our Enterprise & Functional Strategy (EFS) pillar reshapes enterprise costs to fuel growth by transforming cost structures in alignment with corporate strategy. Key capabilities include cost baselining, benchmarking, opportunity identification, process optimization, functional transformation, and enterprise operating model design. EFS also embeds adaptive strategies to outperform market shifts by developing and executing go-to-market strategies, market entry strategies, and transforming front, middle, and back-office functions.
