Experience Designer

As a candidate for this role, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse sets of clients across various domains and industries. You will be responsible for leading the design and prototyping of digital products, including websites, apps, and more, at different levels of fidelity. Collaboration will be a key aspect of your role as you work with researchers, engineers, business consultants, and other designers to deliver world-class work. Conducting user research, communicating findings, and translating insights into exceptional new experiences will be part of your daily tasks. You will also be expected to envision new and innovative experiences that go beyond traditional screens, pushing the boundaries of interaction and technology. Furthermore, you will have the chance to broaden your skill set beyond your core abilities, which may include project management, client relationship management, and technological skill development. In addition, you will play a crucial role in mentoring and leading team members in human-centered design and UI design, fostering talent development, providing guidance, and overseeing project outputs. Your responsibilities will also involve leading large complex projects as a project manager. Key Responsibilities: - Work with diverse sets of clients across domains and industries - Lead the design and prototyping of digital products at all levels of fidelity - Collaborate with researchers, engineers, business consultants, and other designers - Conduct user research, communicate findings, and translate insights into new experiences - Envision new and novel experiences beyond screens towards the edge of interaction and technology - Broaden your skill set beyond core abilities - Mentor and lead team members in human-centered design and UI design - Lead large complex projects as a project manager Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience in an Experience design role or relevant professional experience - 4+ years of experience in a client-facing consulting and leadership role - A degree in graphic design, interaction design, human-computer interaction, or other relevant field, or equivalent experience (Advanced degree preferred) - Outstanding portfolio demonstrating strong human-centered design capabilities across diverse projects - Expert knowledge with at least 5 of the following tools or technologies: Sketch, InVision, Figma, Principle, Framer, HTML & CSS, JavaScript, InDesign, AfterEffects,
