Experience Designer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, to understand user requirements and business goals
• Translate user needs and business requirements into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency across platforms and devices
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve user experiences
• Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of designs, and provide design support throughout the development process
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries to streamline the design process and ensure design consistency
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design
• Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to ensure the alignment of product designs with brand guidelines and messaging
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, product design, or related field
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and your design process
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability principles, and design thinking methodologies
• Experience with user research methods, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing
• Strong visual design skills, with an eye for typography, color, and layout
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions to cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges and technologies
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Proto.io)
• Familiarity with animation and interaction design principles
• Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices
• Experience working in agile development environments
