Job Description

As the Experience Centre Manager at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of all Solar Experience Centres across India. Your role will involve strategic planning, frequent travel for store location identification and operational assessment, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth store operations. Additionally, you will manage manpower recruitment and training, as well as plan and execute offline and local promotional activities to enhance brand visibility. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee operations of all existing and new Experience Centres, ensuring alignment with company policies and standards. - Evaluate and improve operational efficiency, customer service, and overall store experience. - Travel to potential cities to identify and evaluate new locations for Experience Centres. - Conduct feasibility studies and recommend sites for new stores. - Plan and execute localized promotional activities to boost brand visibility. - Collaborate with local agencies, influencers, and media for smooth execution of promotions. - Drive customer engagement through in-store events. - Conduct periodic visits to assess and improve store operations. - Provide operational support to store teams to maintain a positive brand image. - Recruit, train, and manage store staff to ensure excellence in customer interactions and sales. - Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills. - Frequently travel across India to scout for new locations and oversee store operations. - Work closely with marketing and regional sales teams for process coordination. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. - Experience: 8+ years of experience in retail/store management, with experience handling multiple outlets preferred (area/cluster management experience preferred). Skills: - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and English. - Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Outlook). - Willingness to travel extensively across India. - Ability to plan and execute offline marketing activities. In addition, there is a frequent travel requirement for this role.,
