Job Description

The Experience Centre Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of all current and upcoming Solar Experience Centres across India. This role requires strategic planning, frequent travel for store location identification and operational assessment, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth store operations. You will also manage manpower recruitment and training, as well as plan and execute offline and local promotional activities to enhance brand visibility. Based out of Hyderabad, you will report to the GM Marketing and may have minimal travel (if required). **Key Responsibilities:** **Store Operations:** - Oversee operations of all existing and new Experience Centres, ensuring alignment with company policies and standards. - Evaluate and improve operational efficiency, customer service, and overall store management. **New Store Location Identification:** - Travel to potential cities to identify and evaluate new locations for Experience Centres. - Conduct feasibility studies and recommend sites for new store locations. **Marketing & Promotions:** - Plan and execute localized promotional activities to boost brand visibility. - Collaborate with local agencies, influencers, and media for smooth execution of marketing initiatives. - Drive customer engagement through in-store events and promotions. **Existing Store Management:** - Conduct periodic visits to assess and improve store operations. - Provide operational support to store teams to maintain a positive brand image. **Manpower Management:** - Recruit, train, and manage store staff to ensure excellence in customer interactions and sales. - Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance. **Travel & Coordination:** - Frequently travel across India to scout for new locations and oversee store operations. - Work closely with marketing and regional sales teams for streamlined processes. **Qualifications:** - Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. - Experience: 8+ years of experience in retail/store management, with experience handling multiple outlets preferred (area/cluster management experience preferred). **Skills:** - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and English. - Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Outlook, etc.). - Willingness to travel extensively across India. - Ability to plan and execute offline marketing strategies effectively. **Additional Details:** - Travel Requirement: Frequent.,
