As a COO / Business Manager / Business Head at IndiEuros, you will play a crucial role in leading the transformation of the organization from a boutique setup to a professionally managed, high-performance entity. Your responsibilities will involve taking ownership of the business strategy, P&L, working capital, and balance sheet. You will be tasked with building and leading a high-performance team, driving growth plans for 1-year, 3-year, and 5-year periods, and overseeing functions such as sales, marketing, operations, finance, and expansion. Your leadership and strategic acumen will be pivotal in operating as the CEO-designate, making end-to-end decisions, and spearheading the scale-up and pivot strategy for growth. Developing and executing strategic plans for differentiating IndiEuros from competitors, creating a distinct brand positioning, and implementing premium pricing models will be key aspects of your role. In terms of revenue and sales, you will be responsible for achieving monthly and annual enrollment targets, optimizing lead-to-enrollment conversions, and designing pricing strategies. Financial management, including full P&L ownership, driving profitability, managing working capital cycles, and overseeing the balance sheet health, will also fall under your purview. Your expertise will be instrumental in directing marketing campaigns, focusing on high-quality leads, and planning the expansion of new centers across India and overseas. You will also be required to develop partnerships with universities, aggregators, schools, and corporates, along with creating referral programs for high-net-worth and non-resident Indian families. To excel in this role, you should ideally possess an MBA from a reputable Indian B-school, have 6-12 years of leadership experience in education consulting, edtech, or premium service businesses, demonstrate a proven track record in P&L ownership, team building, and scaling businesses, exhibit strong knowledge of international admissions markets, and showcase high emotional intelligence and execution skills.
