Qualification:

  • Any Graduate / Engineer
  • Certification in Foreign Trade / International Business
  • Proficient in MS Excel

Experience:

  • 5+ years in a reputed manufacturing organization
  • Must have handled Import & Export turnover of 50 Cr+

Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate contracts with freight forwarders for cost optimization
  • Ensure timely customs clearance & documentation (BOE/SB filing)
  • Handle DGFT applications & license redemption
  • Monitor policy changes & update internal teams
  • Manage RoDTEP scripts, EPCG compliance, AEO certification
  • Coordinate with CHA, FF, consultants for smooth operations
  • Maintain shipment records, MIS reports & ERP entries
  • Support Sales/Marketing for export cost & timelines
  • Ensure compliance with IMS, safety & waste management guidelines
