Job Description

Telephonic technical support to field teams for CATV (Cable TV) and Broadband services.
Provisioning testing, issue resolution, and system monitoring to ensure seamless service delivery.
Backend support to application users and Local Cable Operators (LCOs) for both Broadband and CATV operations.
Assisted office teams and LCOs in onboarding new service locations and resolving location-specific issues.
Managed and closed service requests through the E-Support ticketing portal, ensuring timely resolution of issues reported by ground teams.
Contributed to the implementation of new operational processes, enhancing efficiency and service quality.
