Job Description

About the Job This role plays a pivotal role in developing Company's content library. This role will be involved in designing and applying the design to develop master classes, self-paced learning, exercises, role plays, simulations, etc. The role will require you to keep an eye on evolving content and update the curriculum accordingly. Strong instructional design, problem-solving, relationship-building, and experience in learning program development are essential. Job Responsibility Developing ILT, WBT & E-learning training content/ training modules (PPTs, PDFs, Videos, Simulations, E-learning courses, Flyers etc.) Storyboarding and end-to-end content designing Applying learning principles (ADDIE, BloomsTaxonomy etc.) while curating training content Maintain regular tracking of the assigned tasks Delivery of content within timelines Maintaining LMS Desired Profile Graduate with 1-4 years of experience in similar role Excellent Communication Skills Written and Verbal Good Interpersonal and Facilitation Skills Experience in Instructional Designing, Graphic designing & Video Editing Experience in managing E-learning platforms, content authoring tools and learning management systems Knowledge of tools like Articulate storyline, Canva, Vyond, Adobe Creative Cloud, MS Office etc. Interested candidates can share their CV on harsh@beanhr.com 9045052072
