Job Description

Role & responsibilities Operate, monitor, and maintain all utility systems: Purified Water (PW), Water for Injection (WFI) Clean Steam, Chilled Water Compressed Air, HVAC, Boilers, Generators Ensure uninterrupted utility supply to manufacturing and lab areas. Prepare and execute preventive maintenance schedules and breakdown maintenance for utility equipment. Maintain documentation as per GMP requirements: logs, calibration, SOPs, checklists. Coordinate with vendors/contractors for utility-related services, repairs, and AMC. Support utility equipment qualification and validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ). Ensure compliance with safety standards, cGMP guidelines, and audit requirements. Participate in energy conservation and cost-saving initiatives. Handle shift operations and maintain communication with cross-functional teams. Key Skills: Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical utility systems and GMP compliance Good troubleshooting and analytical skills Familiar with regulatory audits and documentation practices Excellent communication and coordination skills Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency situations
