Minimum Requirements: ;Candidate should at least be a graduate.Candidate should be conversationally fluent in English and be able to read and write clearly and concisely.Candidate should have good MS Excel and analysing skills with knowledge of how to use V Lookup, etc.Ability to work under pressure and deal with difficult customers.Professional telephone manner. ;Preferred/Desired Skills and Knowledge: ;Proven Customer Service Skills.Experience in dealing with Telecom Providers (both telephone system and service organisations).Good understanding of telephone systems and services and the terminologies used.Proven organisational skills. ;

  • Key purpose of jobTo co-ordinate and administer the voice and data Telecommunication systems, services and suppliers ; ;
  • Accountabilities & Activities ; ;Key Accountability: ;Telecommunication Administrationapprox. % time ;Maintain relationships between M Group and the telephone system and mobile/fixed line/broadband suppliers. ; ;Provide assistance to the Group ;Telecoms Manager to ensure that an acceptable level of availability, reliability and service is received and maintained. Keep records up to date and assist with producing reports when required. ; ;Assist with the management of new and existing telephone system support and maintenance contracts, keeping records up to date. ; ;Be M Group ;staff's point of contact for managing fault finding and fixing of all telecom systems and services (Data and Voice). Communicate progress and resolution plans back to the Business Process and System Managers (BP&SMs) and affected users. ;Assist with providing solutions for internal customer complaints and escalate to the Group ;Telecoms Manager where necessary. ; ;Maintain all telecoms email accounts, processing all requests from the field mobile telecoms administrators. ;Keep all records up to date advising the Group ;Telecoms Manager of any issues relating to non-conformance. ; ; ;90%Key Accountability: Support/IT Department Administrationapprox. % timeTo provide administrative support for the IT Managed Service Director, ;IT Managed Service Manager, and GroupTelecoms Manager as required. ;10% ; ;
