Key Responsibilities

• Provide travel solutions based on company policies, cost-effectiveness, and traveler preferences.
• Manage itinerary changes, cancellations, refunds, and rebookings as per client requests.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel vendors to ensure smooth travel experiences.
• Address and resolve travel-related issues such as missed flights, booking errors, or emergency travel needs.
• Maintain and update customer travel profiles and ensure compliance with corporate travel policies.
• Work with internal teams to provide customized travel solutions for high-value clients.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends, airline policies, and travel regulations.
