Manage and oversee daily dispatch operations from the warehouse. Coordinate with internal logistics and last-mile teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer orders. Supervise blue-collar workforce (champs) to ensure adherence to process, discipline, and productivity. Monitor and update dispatch documentation, inventory records, and order status in the system. Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and loading of items for dispatch. Assist in physical stock verification and reconciliation with system records. Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance protocols within the warehouse. Escalate issues in real-time and ensure quick resolution to minimize disruptions. Support other warehouse activities (inward, QC, inventory) as and when required.
