Executive Warehouse Operations - CFS

Job Title: CFS Operations Executive / Officer Department: Container Freight Station (CFS) Operations Job Summary:The CFS Operations Executive is responsible for ensuring high productivity, quality service, and safe handling of containerized cargo operations. This includes coordination with customers, vendors, and internal teams to meet service expectations while following safety and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities:Achieve targeted CFS productivity and maintain quality standards. Implement cost control strategies and procedures. Liaise with customer representatives to ensure total satisfaction. Supervise carting, stuffing, de-stuffing, and loading activities as per documents and client requirements. Ensure timely placement of import containers for customs inspection as per customer requests. Ensure adherence to all safety precautions as per relevant SOPs and Risk Assessments. Coordinate with Warehouse In-charge and contractors to achieve team goals. Comply with all aspects of MICT’s Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and Supply Chain Security Management Systems. Ensure proper placement of empty containers for stuffing/de-stuffing. Ensure hazardous cargo and containers are handled safely and stored in designated areas. Report cargo damages on arrival to customers via phone and email. Coordinate with surveyors, checkers, and vendor supervisors for quality deliverables.
