Executive (warehouse & inventory incharge-clothing)

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in a systematic and safe manner.

· Ensure proper labelling, tagging, and barcoding of clothing items and cartons

· Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety standards in the warehouse.

· Optimize warehouse layout for efficient space utilization and product accessibility.

· prepare and share inventory reports, stock status, and aging reports with management.

· Ensure proper documentation for all goods received and dispatched

· Maintain records of damaged, returned, or defective goods.

· Supervise warehouse assistants, pickers, and helpers.

· Train warehouse staff on handling garments and inventory protocols.

· Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to safety and operational procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

• MBA / BBA / Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse/inventory management, preferably in the clothing or apparel industry.
• Strong knowledge of garment types, packing standards, and storage requirements.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.

Compensation :

· Salary Rs. 23000 – 25000/-

Overall CTC : 3.50 LPA
