As for your education and experience, a graduate in any discipline is required, preferably from an accounting background such as BCOM. Schooling from an ICSE/CBSE board is preferred. Your responsibilities will include handling calls from customers or clients, providing solutions to their queries, and demonstrating a willingness to learn new tasks. It is important to communicate effectively with your supervisor or team leader to resolve any issues. Providing resolutions to customers or clients is your primary responsibility, and you must excel in delivering customer service by addressing complex queries and issues. Setting goals and working efficiently to prevent escalations while maintaining service quality is crucial in this role.,
