Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Requires store coordination and addressing to the customer issues
Understanding of Customer needs and build Interpersonal relations to get the work done from stores
E-Commerce Daily MIS understanding and Corrective action taking ability
Problem resolution: Responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner
Store coordination beyond duty hours at times

Preferred candidate profile

3-5 years of work experience required
Graduate or Post Graduate from reputed college is preferred
Required Basic computer knowledge Excel, Outlook and Ecommerce Portals
Highly preferred if the candidate has worked in E-Commerce and Store Operations
Rotational weekly Offs as per the business requirements
