Job Description

Executive - Tractor Finance
Job Purpose
Achieve targets across various assigned parameters. Oversee Tractor Finance business operations while maintaining compliance. Responsible for managing partners and agencies. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve collections targets by visiting customers and agencies.

Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.

Ensure compliance with legal guidelines during product repossession.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.

Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.

Manage Daily Risk Reports (DRR).

Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.

Track cases individually and ensure resolution per AOP within agreed timelines.

Oversee portfolio management and debt collection strategies.

Ensure target achievement and regulatory compliance.

Conduct reporting and analysis for continual improvement.

Manage risk and lead teams effectively.

Oversee vendor management processes.

Coordinate with internal and external clients.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Experience in achieving collections targets through direct customer/agency visits.

Ability to monitor performance and provide regular updates.

Understanding of legal compliance regarding repossession processes.

Strong record-keeping and reporting skills.

Proven ability to handle escalations and resolve issues efficiently.

Experience in managing Daily Risk Reports (DRR).

Ability to develop and implement collection improvement strategies.

Case tracking and timely resolution per organizational plans.

Knowledge of portfolio management, debt collection, and risk management strategies.

Demonstrated skills in team leadership and vendor management.

Strong coordination skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
