About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Executive to MD to join our team at Enormelifesciences. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, take ownership, and directly support the Managing Director in business operations, client relations, and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a professional representative of the MD in client meetings, exhibitions, and other business events.

Manage communication, coordinate schedules, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.

Handle business correspondence, emails, and confidential information with discretion.

Support in business development, client servicing, and stakeholder management.

Assist the MD in daily operational tasks and strategic decision-making.

Travel as required for meetings, events, or exhibitions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

MBA in Finance or Marketing

Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel.

Good command over AI tools for business productivity and reporting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.

Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
