Executive to MD

1. Leadership Support & Execution

• Attend meetings with MD/CEO and prepare action notes, minutes, and execution plans.
• Translate leadership vision and instructions (clear or subtle) into structured action points.
• Follow up with teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks/projects.
• Act as a liaison between MD/CEO and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication.

2. Accounting & Compliance

• Manage end-to-end Accounting including Finalization, Audit preparation, MIS, and Reporting.
• Handle statutory compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax filings, ROC matters.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements.
• Maintain updated knowledge of SEA-related compliance and cross-border requirements.

3. Business & Strategic Support

• Support MD/CEO in preparing business reports, financial models, and strategic presentations.
• Conduct research/analysis to support decision-making on new initiatives, expansions, or compliance.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

4. Personal Competence & Initiative

• Anticipate needs of MD/CEO and act proactively.
• Show high comprehension—understand business instructions even when not explicitly detailed.
• Work with ownership mindset, ensuring execution is completed with minimal supervision.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or Graduate with strong Accounting & Compliance background.
• Experience: 3–7 years in Accounting/Finance + exposure to Executive/Leadership support roles.

Skills:

• Strong Accounting & Finalization skills.

• Ability to handle compliance (India + SEA region preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
