Reporting to all Director’s of OPPI

The Organization of Pharmaceutical Producers of India (OPPI) (www.indiaoppi.com) is seeking an executive to support OPPI’s Director’s by providing strategic assistance. The executive will assist in key policy initiatives and coordinate the OPPI events and will support the Director’s at OPPI. Critical to this role is the understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and health policies, the ability to plan, organize, and coordinate work across various stakeholders to help ensure established goals and deliverables are achieved in a timely manner.

The executive is responsible for:

• Strategic Assistance and Coordination
• Proficient in making PowerPoint presentations
• Coordinate global calls
• Maintain a Yearly Schedule of Meetings
• Coordinate travel arrangements
• Coordinate with the offices of member companies, under the guidance of the Director’s
• Strategic Assistance and support to Directors on the day-to-day activities
• Coordinate meetings and calendars
• Work with respective Directors on relevant Work Groups and Committees

OPPI Events

•  Provide support for all events - ground & virtual
• Provide support on various reports/presentations for the board,
•  Provide support for OPPI Awards
•  Coordinate with vendors and agencies, under the guidance of the Director
• Professional Experience / Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree/ integrated MBA from a reputed University / Institute
•  Responsive and Prompt in delivery
• Working Knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word
• Aptitude and capacity to establish effective working relationships and partnerships with various agencies and stakeholders
