We are hiring a Tender Executive with hands-on experience in tendering. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling tender reading, documentation, and filing (online & offline) for large-scale infrastructure projects like Roads, Railway, Toll and Highways.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

>Identify & analyze tenders from portals

>Read & interpret RFPs, BOQs, GCC/SCC, and compliance clauses

>Prepare technical & commercial bid documents>File tenders independently (online portals/manual submission)

>Coordinate with departments & clients for timely submissions. Maintain records and submission logs

Candidate Profile:

>2-6+ years of relevant experience in tendering

>Proven experience in tender documentation & submission

>Strong documentation, analytical, and coordination skills

>Any Graduation or equivalent preferred
