Job Description

We are looking for a Telesales Executive who can make calls to customers, explain our services, and help convert leads into sales. The role needs good communication, confidence, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Calling & Lead Generation - Make outbound calls to customers. - Explain the company's services in a simple and clear way. - Generate leads and identify interested customers.

Sales & Follow-up

- Give proper product/service information to customers. - Take follow-ups with warm leads. - Convert interested leads into sales.

Customer Handling

- Answer customer questions and clarify doubts. - Maintain a friendly and professional tone during calls. - Build trust and good customer relationships.

Daily Reporting

- Update call logs, lead status, and follow-up details. - Report daily progress to the team leader.

Skills Needed

- Good communication skills (Tamil/English) - Confident in calling - Basic sales knowledge - Convincing skills - Positive attitude and patience

Qualification

- Any degree - Freshers can apply
