Role

: The Telecalling Sales Executive is responsible for reaching out to students and researchers, explaining PhD assistance services, and converting leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Call and follow up with students, researchers, and institutions. - Explain services like proposal writing, thesis support, research paper help, etc. - Understand client requirements and suggest suitable services. - Maintain and update lead and client data properly. - Work to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. - Coordinate with the business development and academic teams for smooth service delivery. - Build a good relationship with clients and handle basic queries. - Share client feedback and support continuous improvement.

Skills Required:

- Good communication and convincing skills. - Confidence in handling calls and client interactions. - Basic computer and CRM knowledge. - Target-driven and positive attitude.

Qualification & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in any field. - 0-3 years of experience in telecalling or inside sales (education or service industry preferred).
