Job Title: Telecalling Sales Executive
Roles & Responsibilities:Sales Calls:- Make calls to potential customers to sell products or services.- Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.- Explain the features and benefits of the product or service clearly.Customer Interaction:- Build relationships with customers over the phone.- Answer any questions and address concerns about the product or service.- Upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.Data Management:- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales.- Update customer details in the system after each call.- Follow up on previous calls and maintain customer information.Sales Targets:- Work towards achieving daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets.- Keep track of progress and report results to managers.Skills Required:- Good communication and persuasive skills.- Basic computer knowledge (to use CRM systems, etc.).- Confident and outgoing personality.- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.Eligibility:- Freshers or candidates with no prior experience are welcome.- High school diploma or equivalent.
