                                As an Executive Support Specialist - Digital Enablement at our company, your role is to transform how administrative support is delivered across the organization. You will be based in Kuala Lumpur and will work closely with colleagues across regions, reporting directly to a manager in San Diego, USA.  **Role Overview:** You will provide centralized executive assistant-style support and leverage your expertise in Power Automate, AI tools, and workflow optimization to redesign administrative tasks. Your goal will be to create digital-first solutions that enhance efficiency and elevate the employee and manager experience. Additionally, you will contribute to engagement activities and coach teammates in automation to build Shared Services capability.  **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, test, and maintain automated workflows for administrative and operational processes such as calendar management, travel booking, purchase order approvals, document routing, and more. - Implement AI-powered solutions to improve efficiency for executive assistants, managers, and employees. - Provide centralized EA-style support for executives, balancing hands-on tasks with automation-enabled workflows. - Anticipate executive needs and deliver proactive support for calendar, travel, approvals, and expenses. - Ensure automation solutions simplify work and enhance the personal experience of support. - Support employee engagement activities and live events with presence and commitment. - Collaborate across regions as part of a global Shared Services team and train colleagues in automation and AI expertise. - Work onsite in the Kuala Lumpur office two days per week and from home the rest, adjusting hours to overlap with San Diego colleagues.  **Qualifications Required:** **Track A (EA-first):** - 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Shared Services professional. - Understanding of executive workflows and willingness to learn automation and AI tools.  **Track B (Tech-first):** - 3+ years of experience in automation, workflow design, or administrative process optimization. - Expertise in Microsoft Power Automate and AI productivity tools with a willingness to develop EA support skills.  **Shared Competencies (all candidates):** - Strong collaboration and communication skills. - Ownership, initiative, and customer empathy. - Passion for employee and manager experience and problem-solving mindset. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  **Preferred:** - Experience supporting executive assistants or administrative professionals. - Knowledge of HRIS, finance, or travel systems. - Exposure to employee experience or culture initiatives. - Degree in Human Resources or related field.
