Executive - Supply Chain

As the Warehouse Supervisor, your primary responsibilities include: - Dispensing Raw Materials: You will be responsible for the smooth and timely dispensing of Raw Materials for Liquid, N-Block, and Vitamin Mineral Premix products. - Compliance Management: You will be partially responsible for ensuring compliance with the Rules & regulations of the Goods & Service Act and the Legal Metrology (Weights & Measures) Act. - Data Integrity: Ensuring avoidance of breach of data integrity at all levels within the warehouse operations. - Sanitation Activities: Implementing effective sanitation activities throughout the warehouse operations. - Customer Centricity: Aligning operations for Patient Centricity and Customer Centricity. - Quality and Safety: Following Food safety, Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health & Safety management systems at the warehouse activities, identifying areas for improvement. - Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring compliance with regulatory, customer, and legal requirements, facing audits, and addressing non-conformities observed during audits. - Standards Compliance: Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, D&C Act, FSS Act 2006, FSSC 22000, Kosher, Halal, RSPO, FAMI QS, WHO-GMP, UNICEF, WFP GAIN, and other customer and regulatory requirements. - Training: Imparting required training to shop floor personnel on various aspects related to warehouse operations. - Health and Safety: Adhering to the requirements of EHS norms, following various initiatives suggested by corporate functions, determining and addressing internal and external QEHS issues, implementing QEHS policies and objectives. - Incident Management: Identifying and communicating incidents, QEHS non-conformities, investigating, and taking corrective actions, ensuring a safe workplace, and reporting hazards, incidents, accidents, and near misses. - Training and Documentation: Conducting training for workmen related to OHSMS, preparing OH&S performance documents, and ensuring the disposal of write-off materials. Your role as a Warehouse Supervisor is crucial in maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance within the warehouse operations.,
