● Sourcing of new raw materials / packing materials for new products which need to be introduced in – house
● Sourcing of new manufacturers for the finished formulations which are required to be introduced in the export market
● Should be having a strong data base for the manufacturer with the Plant approvals and ready dossiers
● Costing of the new products
● Tracking the new product timelines and prepare the MIS
