Executive / Supervisor / Manager – Factory Operations (For Ex-Servicemen)

About the role

We are seeking for disciplined and experienced Ex-Servicemen to join our factory team across multiple roles including Security, Warehouse Management, Plant Administration, and Auditing

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage shift operations and manpower deployment.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
• Provide on-ground leadership and decision-making during operations.
• Ensure physical security of the plant and assets.
• Conduct regular safety drills and audits.
• Implement emergency response protocols.
• Manage material movement, stock levels, and dispatches.
• Ensure accurate inventory control and documentation.
• Maintain workforce discipline and support onboarding.
• Conduct regular training sessions on factory protocols.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Background: Retired / Honorably Discharged Armed Forces Personnel (Indian Army, Navy, Air Force)
• Education: Minimum Graduate, Technical qualifications (ITI/Diploma/B.Tech) preferred for technical roles.
• Experience: Must have at least 3 years of relevant experience working in a factory or manufacturing setup.
