EXECUTIVE-STUDENT SUCCESS

As an Executive at Seamedu - School of Pro Expressionism, a division of Seamless Education and Services Pvt. Ltd (SEAS), your role involves supporting student success and engagement. You will be the main point of contact for student queries, concerns, and feedback, guiding them on academic schedules, curriculum, and available resources. Additionally, you will proactively monitor student progress and address any challenges they may face. Your responsibilities will include: - Being the primary contact for student inquiries and feedback - Providing guidance on academic matters and resources - Checking in with students regularly to track progress - Assisting in onboarding new students and organizing orientation sessions - Ensuring students are aware of available support systems and policies - Maintaining effective communication with students and other departments - Tracking student attendance, progress, and performance metrics - Organizing workshops, webinars, and events to enhance student experience - Addressing complaints and conflicts, providing timely solutions - Gathering student feedback for continuous improvement - Participating in training programs to stay updated on best practices Key Qualifications: - 15 years of work experience in a relevant field - Graduation in any stream - Proficiency in English and Hindi - Strong customer service and engagement skills - Excellent written and verbal communication - Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders - Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Location of Job: Ajeenkya DY Patil, Lohegaon, Pune Seamedu - School of Pro Expressionism aims to produce world-class talent by fostering personal expression and professional growth in a supportive learning environment.
