As a Student Relationship Executive at Parkstreet, your role will involve assisting prospective students in selecting the right academic programs and ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout the admissions process. Key Responsibilities: - Guide prospective students in choosing appropriate academic programs and navigate the admissions process. - Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations. - Maintain accurate records in the Management Information System (MIS) and achieve set performance targets. - Offer support in creating study plans and provide detailed information about colleges and courses. Qualifications: - Education: Diploma (Required) - Experience: Minimum of 2 years in student counseling (Required) In addition to the attractive salary range of 12,000 - 25,142 per month, you will also be entitled to benefits such as paid sick time and Provident Fund. The job type is full-time with a day shift schedule. If you have experience in academic counseling and a total work experience of at least 1 year, it would be preferred. Your performance may be rewarded with bonuses on a quarterly and yearly basis. Please note that the work location is in person.
