Job Description

Experience - 5+ years

Only Immediate joinees preferred

1. Manage day-to-day store operations, Responsible for material planning & organising material delivery to production & Customer service team for seamless operation

2. Follow up with the Purchase department against the material request from production or with the service department for projects , consumables and spare needs.

3. Report & communicate to production & Service department on the status of the material delivery in an regular interval

4. Maintaining organized records (stock, Invoices etc.,) preparing necessary documentation and reporting

5. Managing, controlling and improving overall stores activity by inventory control & Minimum stock maintaining

6. Responsible for logistics activities (Raw material, Finished goods) both supplier end and customer end

7. Ensure timely proper storage, quality and quantity checks of materials from vendors

8. Checking purchase orders, bills against items received when delivered

9. Communicating and coordinating with other departments, Attending the various meetings with cross function dept as and whenever required

10. Responsible for External and Internal stores and logistics related functions including the arrangement of crane at site & interacting with customers for clearance of material unloading

11. Monthly data on stocks and logistics cost as a part of review for stores Inventory and managements

12. Responsible for cost reduction logistics activities whenever possible

13. Quick response to material requirement to Customer service team & Organizing in very swift manner, by hand carrying material on need basis and booking at the direct bus stations

14. Maintain 5S and proper storage and continual improvement in stores & logistics function

15. Proficient in computer skills, especially in MS-Office (Excel proficiency is a must).

16. Responsible for handing over bills/Invoices to the accounts department on a weekly basis.

17. Coordination in implementation of s/w system if any on organizational continuous improvement

18. Good Communication Skill.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
