Job Description

Key responsibilities
  • Document preparation: Create, verify, and manage all necessary export documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other compliance forms.
  • Compliance: Ensure all shipments comply with international shipping, customs, and country-specific regulations.
  • Coordination: Liaise and communicate with internal departments (sales, finance) and external partners like freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and banks to ensure smooth processes.
  • Shipment tracking: Monitor shipments from origin to destination, providing updates to customers and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Record-keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of all export transactions and documentation for future reference and audits.
