Executive / Sr Executive - Vendor Management / Sourcing - Civil Interiors

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in vendor manpower management and manpower sourcing specifically within Civil construction sites. Your responsibilities will include identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers and vendors to fulfill the organization's requirements. Developing and implementing sourcing strategies that align with the organization's objectives will be a key aspect of this role. You will be tasked with assessing potential suppliers and vendors based on various criteria such as cost, quality, and delivery capabilities. Negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions will also be part of your duties. Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services is essential. Additionally, you will be expected to analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to identify opportunities for cost savings and process enhancements. This role requires a proactive approach to vendor management to drive efficiencies and optimize procurement processes.
