Manager / Sr Manager - Vendor Management / Sourcing - Civil Interiors

The ideal candidate for this role should have over 10 years of experience in vendor manpower management and manpower sourcing specifically in civil construction sites. You will be responsible for independently documenting the complete enquiry flow (PQ & RFPs) from the moment it is received until its closure, which includes creating New Win Dossier. Your duties will also include reconciling Bill of Quantities (BOQ) with drawings to identify any deviations or queries and preparing the Area statement. It will be essential to ensure the systematic and timely extraction of package-wise BOQs, floating RFPs to Subcontractors/Suppliers, collecting their offers promptly, and making detailed comparisons. You will be required to attend site visits, pre-bid, and Techno-commercial meetings and record Minutes of Meetings (MOMs). Additionally, you will need to prepare Cost Break-ups as per the specified format and support the E&C team in creating Rate Analysis for all regular/common items. Assistance in preparing the Master Rate card will also be part of your responsibilities. Providing necessary support with AutoCAD & MS-Project will be expected from you. It is crucial to ensure that all processes and formats are duly followed as specified in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
