Job Description

Job Locations - Thane / Karad / Roha / Dahej

Receipt of Raw material and packing material as per respective SOP's and cGMP norms.
Updating of Material inspection report and weight verification report and reporting to QA and Purchase department in case of discrepancy.
GRN entry in SAP system and printing of Quarantine labels and arrange to affix on received packers and containers.
Printing of RM Barcode labels from Barcode systems and arrange to affix on received packs/container.
Updating of Stores GMP records while doing respective activity viz Daily Balance verification report, Temp & Humidity records, pressure differential records, Area Cleaning Records, Equipment cleaning records, utensils cleaning records, Vacuum cleaner cleaning records, dispending logbooks etc.
Store material as per their category and storage condition
Segregation of material batch wise and status wise like Quarantine, Under test and approved etc.
Dispensing of raw material as per respective SOP and cGMP Norms.
Dispensing of packing material as per respective SOP and cGMP norms.
Initiate QMS documents like change control, Incident report and deviation etc
Taking service entries of various work related to department from external agencies in SAP system
