Executive / Sr. Executive Pricing & Operation Air Export

As an Air Export Specialist based in Bangalore, your primary responsibility will be to provide competitive air freight pricing for RFQs, spot quotes, and tenders. You will play a crucial role in negotiating and securing the best rates and space by coordinating with airlines, agents, and overseas offices. Your daily tasks will involve managing bookings, preparing MAWB/HAWB, and ensuring the timely submission of shipping documents. Attention to detail is key as you will be responsible for ensuring documentation accuracy for air export shipments, including E-AWB, ASI, and Gate Pass processing. Effective communication and coordination are essential as you will work closely with internal teams and clients to plan shipments and ensure cargo readiness. Keeping abreast of carrier schedules, rates, and market trends will enable you to provide optimal solutions to customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for accurate invoicing, documentation submission to finance, and monitoring shipment statuses. Proactively addressing exceptions or delays in coordination with airlines and stakeholders will be part of your day-to-day activities. Ensuring compliance with export regulations, airline rules, and company SOPs is paramount in this role. Any experience or certification in Dangerous Goods (DG) handling would be considered an added advantage.
