Role Description

• Lead and implement Operational Excellence initiatives across manufacturing plants to improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance quality compliance.
• Prepare daily, weekly & monthly performance reports and dashboards for management reviews.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Minitab, ERP systems). Should be well versed with advance excel working and extracting of SAP reports (Data Analysis).
• Identify automation opportunities in existing manual reports partnering with IT & Manufacturing teams.
• Monitoring and improvement of key Manufacturing KPI's like OEE, Yield %, Cycle time, RM/PM Losses etc.
• Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other process improvement methodologies to identify bottlenecks, drive improvement & cost optimization initiatives. Should be atleast LSS-Green belt certified and must have completed few projects.
• Ensure cGMP, safety and regulatory compliance while driving the continuous improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and experience with digital manufacturing tools or Industry 4.0 initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related discipline; advanced certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) are an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma principles, and project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulatory compliance is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work setting.
