As an Executive / Sr. Executive - Front Office at our Corporate Office in Noida, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a professional and welcoming front office environment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and politeness, ensuring efficient distribution. - Demonstrating personal presentability by dressing in the assigned uniform. - Welcoming and guiding visitors, coordinating with employees as necessary. - Maintaining telephone registers and tracking calls accurately. - Upholding the maintenance and cleanliness of the front office area. - Ensuring the reception area displays the latest magazines and newspapers while removing outdated ones. - Complying with all regulations and requirements set by Company management. - Providing support in general administrative activities and assisting the Help Desk when needed. - Developing necessary policies and procedures related to reception functions. - Acting as a backup to the Help Desk during emergencies or high workload. - Assisting in the utilization and management of conference rooms. Qualifications required for this role include: - Pleasing personality with excellent communication skills and a pleasant voice. - Ability to handle calls confidently and conduct yourself with poise and maturity. - Experience in Front Desk and Back Office processes along with strong Administration Skills. - Candidates from Noida, Ghaziabad area may be preferred.
