Job Summary:

Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Design eye-catching

  posters and creatives

  for social media campaigns, events, and announcements.
• Conceptualize, script, and create

  short-form videos

  (Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts, etc.) to promote the brand and services.
• Manage daily postings across all active

  social media platforms

  (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.).
• Proactively monitor

  messages, comments, tags

  , and mentions; respond or escalate where necessary to ensure prompt engagement.
• Work closely with internal teams (marketing, HR, sales, design, and leadership) to gather content and align posts with company goals.
• Track performance of posts and campaigns and suggest improvements using analytics.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices relevant to our industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Visual Design, or a related field.
• 13 years of hands-on experience in social media management and content creation.
• Proficiency in

  Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools

  .
• Basic knowledge of

  video editing software

  (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, InShot).
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members across departments.
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with paid social campaigns.
• Knowledge of content scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
• A portfolio of social media creatives and videos previously developed
