As an Executive/Senior Executive in the People & Culture (P&C) team at our company located in Sector 144, Noida, your role will involve driving key HR initiatives, partnering with business teams, and supporting strategic HR operations. You should possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and demonstrated experience working in an HRBP role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Administration: Maintain the human resources information system to track and manage all HR-related data such as employee contracts, non-disclosure agreements, compensation, and personal data. - Onboarding: Conduct induction/orientation for new employees, manage verification, documentation, etc. - Employee Relations: Act as an HRBP to create a positive work environment, address issues, and provide guidance. - Employee Engagement: Plan engagement initiatives and collaborate with managers to retain, develop, and motivate employees. - Offboarding: Develop initiatives and processes to enhance employee potential and retention, conduct exit interviews, analysis, and reporting. **Qualifications Required:** - Post-Graduation in Human Resources or a related field. - Relevant experience in HRBP or HR Operations role. - Effective verbal and written communication skills. - Stakeholder management, analytical ability, and decision-making skills. - Familiarity with HR processes. - Proactive, energetic, and a passion for impacting business performance through employee engagement.
