Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Secretary located in Cuddalore. The Executive Secretary will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day tasks, including managing clerical duties, providing executive administrative assistance, handling company secretarial work, and delivering excellent customer service. The role involves coordinating schedules, organizing meetings, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Clerical Skills and Company Secretarial Work
Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field is a plus
Experience in the IT industry is an advantage
