As an Executive Search Associate/Recruitment Consultant at Aidentifi, you will have the opportunity to delve into the world of Private Equity, Venture Capital, and C-suite recruitment. We are a Singapore-based executive search firm expanding in India and seeking individuals like you to join our Gurugram office located at Two Horizon Centre, WeWork. In this role, you will be exposed to a variety of global executive search recruitment projects focusing on Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Strategy roles. You will receive mentorship from experienced consultants, engaging in hands-on learning in a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-growth work environment. Our office space at WeWork, Two Horizon Centre, Gurugram, provides a premium setting for your professional development. Your responsibilities will include supporting consultants on senior-level recruitment mandates, conducting industry and talent research for high-value roles, developing customized search strategies and talent maps, assisting in candidate outreach, screening, and coordination, as well as contributing to client reports and internal documentation. We are looking for individuals with 0-2 years of experience who possess strong oral and written communication, research, and problem-solving skills.
