Executive-Sales SCV Cargo & PU (TN & Kerala)-SCV and Pickups Business-TMCV

As an accountable sales and customer support professional in the domestic market, you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing activities to increase market share, customer satisfaction, and enhance the organization's brand. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Coordinate with product line head and regional sales managers to manage pipeline and execute activation plans regularly - Implement VME budget aligned with monthly targets and seek approvals as required - Develop initiatives to expand business and market penetration in rural areas - Collaborate with Head Customer Care to ensure timely resolution of customer service issues - Engage with customers and regional managers to address and resolve complaints effectively - Meet monthly and annual sales targets to increase profitability in the domestic market - Enhance dealer profitability, network penetration, and customer experience by identifying gaps and evaluating performance In terms of relationship management, you will be expected to: - Maintain dealer relationships through regular interactions and issue resolution - Identify and address gaps in dealer performance with the Network Management team - Review dealer operations periodically to drive sales and marketing initiatives - Provide guidelines to ensure the implementation of norms in the channel - Assist in the identification, recruitment, and onboarding of new dealers In your interactions, you will engage with internal stakeholders such as Head CVBU, Product Line Heads, Head Customer Care, Head Operations, Head Finance, and Head Commercial HR CV. Externally, you will interact with customers, channel partners, and key agencies.
