As an accountable sales and customer support professional in the domestic market, your role involves driving sales and marketing activities to increase market share, customer satisfaction, and brand awareness. Your key responsibilities include: - Coordinating with product line head and regional sales managers to manage pipeline and execute activation plans regularly - Implementing VME budget as per monthly targets and seeking approvals from Head Sales & Marketing Domestic - Developing initiatives to enhance business growth and market penetration in rural areas - Collaborating with Head Customer Care to proactively resolve customer service issues - Engaging with customers and regional managers to address and resolve complaints - Ensuring monthly and annual sales targets are met, leading to increased profitability - Improving dealer profitability, network penetration, and customer experience by identifying gaps and aligning performance with territory plans In terms of relationship management, your responsibilities include: - Maintaining relationships with dealers through interactions and issue resolution to drive dealer viability - Identifying and addressing gaps in dealer performance, especially with non-performing dealers - Periodically reviewing dealer operations to implement sales and marketing initiatives effectively - Providing guidelines to ensure the implementation of norms in the domestic market channel - Overseeing the identification, recruitment, and onboarding of new dealers with the Network Management team's support In interactions with internal stakeholders like Head CVBU, Product Line Heads, Head Customer Care, Head Operations, Head Finance, and Head Commercial HR CV, you will be responsible for various tasks such as updating on sales numbers, coordinating on product strategy, resolving customer issues, managing demand forecasts, ensuring fund availability, and coordinating talent activities. Externally, you will engage with customers for feedback, channel partners for partnerships, and key agencies like financiers, body builders, and insurers. Qualifications required for this role include a BE/Btech in Engineering, 3-5 years of experience in the automobile industry, along with skills in sales, marketing, interpersonal relationships, negotiation, and influencing. This role requires a candidate who is result-focused and can drive sales and customer support effectively in the domestic market.
