Role & responsibilities 1. Coordinate daily with Marketing, Machines, Finishing House, Logistics, and Warehouse for smooth execution of manufacturing and dispatch plans. 2. Prepare daily production plans, manufacturing advice, and related MIS reports. 3. Monitor OTIF (On Time In Full) performance and ensure customer-centric dispatch operations. 4. Manage stock status (covered, uncovered, part loads) and plan finishing activities to sustain target volumes. 5. Ensure safe working practices and maintain systematic file management following 5S principles. 6. Utilize SAP-S&D Module and related T-Codes for production, dispatch, and sales activities. 7. Support digitalization initiatives and actively engage in multi-skilling activities. 8. Take ownership of completing daily tasks and ensure timely communication with cross-functional teams. 9. Prepare and maintain various MIS reports and support logistics and sales operations through data analysis.
