We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team and contribute to the growth and expansion of our electrical product line. The role involves both direct sales and marketing efforts to drive awareness, generate leads, and close deals within the B2B/B2C market.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical products, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships with customers.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. (Preferred)

Experience:
1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the electrical or related industry.
Experience in B2B/B2C sales is a plus.
Key Skills:
Strong understanding of electrical products and their applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
