Job Description

Essential Duties / Responsibilities

  • Directly supervise the commission processing team.
  • Execute daily activities and analyses accurately with minimal instruction and oversight.
  • Thoroughly understand the commission calculations and plans for assigned areas.
  • Lead conversations and documentation of functional requirements of compensation plans, including updates and enhancements as required for compensation plan changes.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase Commissions team efficiency, increase accuracy, and improve internal/external customer and partner experience.
  • Liaise with various internal groups, such as Sales Ops, Channel Ops, and FP&A, to understand their inputs and needs.

Must Have Skills

  • Proficiency in Callidus or any other commission tool such as Oracle Incentive Cloud, Varicent, or Xactly.
