Objective:

To execute territory-level sales strategies aligned with regional goals, drive B2B and B2C sales in the cables segment, and contribute to profitable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve top-line and bottom-line targets for the assigned territory.
• Drive market programs and enhance market share in the cables segment.
• Appoint and manage distributors, stock points, sub-dealers, and retailers.
• Ensure trade discipline, product mix delivery, and distribution metrics.
• Maintain market coverage norms and administrative compliance.
• Build strong relationships with trade partners, contractors, and influencers.
• Conduct negotiations and close sales orders effectively.
• Forecast and track territory sales performance.
• Map and cover the territory directly and through channel partners.
• Support and train junior executives for future territory management roles.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Experience:

  37 years in sales within the cables or related electrical industry.

• Education:

  B-Tech & Postgraduate (Additional)
