Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Consultation: Demonstrate a thorough knowledge and experience in understanding clients' requirements, offering informed advice to enhance their travel experience.
2. Itinerary Management: Proficiently prepare travel itineraries and quotations to meet the diverse needs of clients.
3. Vendor Coordination Confirm services with multiple vendors, including guides, transport providers, hotels, and insurance companies. Negotiate and contract services to ensure optimal arrangements for clients.
4. Communication and Coordination- Effectively communicate and coordinate with the Japan office, providing necessary information and ensuring seamless collaboration.
5. Destination Expertise- Possess a strong knowledge of Japan and various tour offerings to assist clients in making well-informed travel decisions.
6. Client Support- Support clients throughout their travel, addressing inquiries, providing assistance, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
7. Administrative Skills- Demonstrate computer literacy, particularly in Excel, and fluency in English for efficient documentation and communication.
8. Follow-Up and Customer Service- Exhibit strong and sincere follow-up skills, negotiating with vendors, and providing excellent customer service to build lasting client relationships.
9. Emergency Management- Handle emergency changes or cancellations in a professional and calm manner, ensuring minimal disruption to clients' travel plans.
10. Flexibility- Be open to working in a flexible environment, including rostered days off, public holidays, Weekend and festivals.
11. Reporting- Provide regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and other relevant metrics.
